Youth exchanges target groups are young people between 15 and 25 years old, mainly coming from disadvantaged areas. In the meantime, we look for a real blend; a balance between girls and boys as well as a social balance in order to have a veritable diversity within the French group. Motivation and self-involvement are determinant factors for conducting the project.

The environment imposed for group constitution is based on pedagogical objectives set during preparation meetings before starting a project. We attached a very particular attention throughout projects realization, so these youth exchanges lead to a rewarding and positive experience for our young participants (movie, theater, music, art exhibitions…).

Organized in partnership with social centers, high schools and cultural associations, each exchange is based on a specific theme related to youth culture and the European reality as the local development is our concern. We work in priority with young people from disadvantaged areas, however for certain projects, we also want to integrate young people of other geographical background (countryside, areas that are "more advantaged"...)
Researches have demonstrated the significant impacts of cultural exchanges among youth. These include: open-mindness, adaptability, self-confidence, independence, cultural awareness, language skills.
