Training seminars are designed for individuals working with youth in the socio-educational and culture field, and who are interested in exchanging pedagogical methods in intercultural exchanges. Groups are usually composed of counselors, social workers, organisations’ volunteers, teachers, students and speakers in the socio-educational and culture field.

All these individuals contribute to the local development of their neighborhood and city. They look for such trainings to share their own personal and professional experiences with other social actors living and working in other cultural contexts.

For each training, we work on sharing experiences and take a look at local projects. In the meantime, some seminars are centered on the discover of creation tools (i.e. video, photo, theater) used as ways to bring participants together, overcoming language barriers and revealing their own cultural traits. Then these tools can eventually be re-used in youth projects (local, national or international level).
